Oh My god! Swing Dancing and the power of weight shifts. We’ll be doing a deep dive on the different rhythms, shapes and dynamics one can use to add style, creativity and play into one’s dancing. We’ll cover everything from stylized walks to power moves as the weeks progress.

• Sundays in June 1st - 22nd 4:30-5:30PM at Urban Movement Arts.

• Sunday Practice Included. Missed a class or want to dive deeper into swing dancing: come to our weekly practice from 5:30-6:30PM at Urban Movement Arts. Hang out and skill-share with peers and instructors.
